Job Purpose

Responsible for creating and executing the divisional marketing plan to deliver annual growth targets for the acute care business. This exciting role offers the opportunity to shape the adoption of value-added solutions across hospital and acute care settings by driving the end-to-end delivery of product marketing.

Acting as the voice of the market and customer, you will own the go-to-market strategy, messaging, and positioning for our acute care portfolio, ensuring that our products resonate with target audiences and deliver meaningful business impact.

Working collaboratively across multiple business functions, you will translate clinical and commercial insights into compelling marketing initiatives that drive product adoption across the portfolio, customer engagement, brand differentiation, and measurable growth.

Combining creative flair with commercial acumen, the Acute Care Product Manager will be a confident, proactive initiative-taker with a proven track record of achieving high-performance results through effective marketing execution.

Key Responsibilities

Product Expertise & Insight

  • Gather and interpret market and customer insights to inform product development and promotional decisions.
  • Segment the product portfolio and analyse sales data to determine trends.
  • Work with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and internal stakeholders to identify changes in the healthcare landscape and NPD opportunities.

 

Go-to-Market Planning & Execution

  •  Lead the development and execution of the annual product marketing plan for Acute.
  •  Grow awareness and drive product adoption through delivery of marketing campaigns and events (spanning both digital and traditional media).
  • Plan and produce high quality product education materials and sales support aids.

 

Pricing & Product Merchandising

  • Define product messaging and positioning that clearly communicates benefit-driven solutions to healthcare professionals and decision makers.
  • Working with the commercial team, set product pricing in line with margin expectations and competitor offerings.
  • Ensure the accuracy and ongoing enhancement of product copy and visual imagery.

 

Customer Engagement

  •  Facilitate and support product presentations and evaluations at customer sites.
  • Spend a time in the field attending customer meetings in person with the sales team and on Teams.
  •  Represent the company at industry tradeshows, conferences, and exhibitions.

 

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the sales, clinical, commercial and design teams on the preparation of product marketing collateral.
  •  Work closely with our commercial partners i.e. Zhende and Fuqing, on marketing strategy and product development.
  •  Support the commercial team with information and materials for tenders.
  •  Ensure all clinical activities comply with relevant regulatory, ethical, and professional standards.

 

Education / Experience

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field is an essential requirement for the right candidate.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages with excellent communication. Presentation and project management skills.
  • Proven ability to craft compelling messages and translate concepts into customer benefits.
  • Evidence of strong copywriting skills and high attention to detail.
  • The right candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in product marketing, product management or related roles.
  • Experience of cross-functional collaboration in a commercial setting.
