Michael Guo

Chief Financial Officer

Michael is CFO at Rocialle Healthcare Limited. He holds an ACCA qualification, with 20 years’ experience in the international finance industry, he brings a wealth of knowledge to the team.

He is looking forward to supporting Rocialle Healthcare’s Vision 2026 and to ensure achievement of long term objectives.

Chris Hawthorn

Commercial & Marketing Director

With over 15 years’ leadership experience within supplying Primary Care, Chris is now leading Rocialle Healthcare’s Commercial & Marketing direction, across multiple disciplines including category management, procurement, E-commerce, Brand and digital marketing and is Director of MidMeds Ltd, which is one of the leading UK providers of products and services to primary care and sits within the Rocialle PracticeCare division alongside Dene Healthcare Ltd.

Chris brings FMCG principles to a fast evolving and dynamic healthcare marketplace and is excited to support Rocialle Healthcare in its next evolutionary step within the UK healthcare market and beyond.

Anthony Grady

Sales Director

Anthony has been with Rocialle for over 10 years with 15 years’ experience in the medical arena.

Having carried out a number of sales roles with the company previously, Anthony is delighted to be leading the sales team in this exciting new era under new ownership and management.

Gill Sims

Business Development Director

With over 30 years’ experience in the Medical Device sector, Gill leads ‘Rocialle Direct’ the new Direct to Patient division of Rocialle Healthcare.

Gill brings a wealth of sales, marketing, and clinical knowledge from within the specialities of stoma, continence and renal care and is excited to be part of the leadership team steering Rocialle Healthcare’s vision 2026.

Craig Arnott

Business Unit Director

Craig has spent the last 16 years overseeing Dene Healthcare’s transition into one of the leading suppliers to General Practice in the UK. After Rocialle’s acquisition of Dene Healthcare, Craig was thrilled to have been invited to continue his journey with Dene and join the Senior Leadership Team at Rocialle Healthcare.

Together, they hope to further improve and develop their offering and provide the best service, choice and support to help General Practice maximise its potential and continue to offer the world class service it is renowned for.

Andrew Bowen

Operations Director

Andrew is a Senior Operations leader with over 25 years’ experience in developing supply chain, manufacturing and distribution activities within FMCG and Healthcare sectors for a variety of brands and organisations.

He is looking forward to playing a significant role in the planned growth at Rocialle Healthcare, and in leading the Operations group to achieve that potential.

Annette Callaghan

Quality and Regulatory Director

Annette’s background is in microbiology, and she has worked in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries for over 30 years where she has specialised in regulatory, quality and manufacturing management. She is Rocialle Healthcare’s RP (Responsible Person) under GDP and is also eligible to act as a QP (Qualified Person) for GMP.

Annette is looking forward to leading Rocialle Healthcare through the many upcoming changes in regulatory compliance for healthcare, ensuring that the organisation puts patient safety at the forefront of everything we do.

HR Manager

Sian is a Chartered MCIPD Generalist with over 15 years’ HR experience within a variety of industries, including NHS, Finance, Logistics and Healthcare.

Sian is excited to be working alongside some fantastic leaders at Rocialle Healthcare to shape and influence business strategy, provide staff with a great service, harness a high performing, rewarding and inclusive culture, where the businesses achieves success through its people.

Head of IT

Darren has over 20 years’ experience as an IT and Business Systems leader in manufacturing sectors such as FMCG and Electronics and has been involved leading numerous succesful IT projects and initiatives that strengthen, automate and secure business processes.
