What is the Dress Code at Rocialle Healthcare?

For interviews – smart is always best! However, depending on where you work, the everyday dress code will change.

If you’re in the Cleanroom, you will be required to be clean & comfortable as you will be required to put on cleanroom shoes, a gown, hairnet/mobcap, beard cover etc.  You are also not allowed to wear make-up, nail varnish or jewellery (expect for one wedding ring) – this is because we are handling items which will be used in patient treatments, including surgery!  So it’s really important the items are clean & free from possible debris before sterilisation!

If you’re in the Warehouse, you will be issued with a uniform, high vis and safety boots.

If you’re based in the Office, the dress code is smart casual – we respect our people as individuals, so we believe that you can make a great impression whilst bringing your own personal taste and style to the business!

All members of staff will get a branded polo shirt, jacket and gown* when they join the Rocialle Healthcare family.

Is there parking on site?

Yes – we have a large, albeit limited, number of car parking spaces, but as we are based in Cwm Cynon Business Park and there is no through-road, there is the ability to park on the private road outside the main car park.  However, all cars are parked at the owners’ own risk.  Mountain Ash is a short distance from the site.

What do I need to bring?

Unless you have been briefed in advance, there is nothing specific you will be required to bring, however you are welcome to bring any research or notes you have made into your interview or to the assessment centre.

What do I need to prepare?

Unless you have been given a specific preparation brief, we recommend you prepare by browsing our website and learning about our products, history, and culture. But don’t forget about you – we’ll have questions on your previous experience, so know what you want to say.

I am attending an assessment day, will refreshments be provided?

Light refreshments will be provided throughout the day along with all the tea and coffee you can drink. Due to the length of the day, you may wish to bring lunch with you.

I’m really nervous... please help!

We understand!

A job interview can be an extremely stressful and worrying process. There are many people on hand who will support you and do their best to put you at ease throughout your time here. We are all human and we truly want to meet the real you, so try not to worry. Remember – we get nervous sometimes too and we’ve all gone through the interview process at least once in our careers!

I have a question not in this list.

If you have a question that hasn’t been addressed here, please email [email protected] and we will do our best to answer you as soon as possible.

“I graduated University during the Covid crisis, so I worked freelance for a period of time due to the limited number of jobs going in my field.  When I heard Rocialle Healthcare was hiring their first-ever in-house Creative Designer as part of their expansion plans, I jumped at the opportunity. The interview process was completed over Teams, but at the induction day, I was made to feel very welcome from the start.”
