Our Graduate Programme

After the successful placement of 8 Graduates last year, we are delighted to officially launch the Rocialle Healthcare Graduate Programme.

Our Graduate Programmes

We offer two main Graduate Programmes; our General Graduate Programme & our Direct Entry Graduate Programme.

General Graduate Programme

Our General Graduate Programme is open to students of any academic discipline but preferably from within the business school or science specialism such as:

Purchase and Supply, Operations Management, Marketing, Finance and Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Microbiology, Biochemistry or Forensic Science.

This will be a 12-month scheme encompassing four 3-month placements across various business areas. At the end of the 12-month period the Graduate will be able to request a preferred area of work, having the opportunity to focus their career more specifically within a profession of their choice.

This Programme is perfect for those who are unsure on their chosen career path.

Direct Entry Graduate Programme

Our Direct Entry Graduate Programme are for Graduates who know exactly what career path they wish to follow and would prefer to concentrate solely in their chosen specialism rather than rotate between business areas – this covers the same disciplines referenced above; either the business or science school would be most relevant to our Company.

Shape Your Career

As a Graduate on either Programme, you’ll benefit from being handed responsibility from the outset, having an opportunity to gain hands-on experience whilst developing a broad understanding of your chosen profession.  Rocialle Healthcare may also fund Post-Graduate qualifications.

Both Graduate Programmes will require substantial input and commitment, but it is a great opportunity for Graduates to shape their career with borderless opportunities.

Finally, we understand that the transition from university to the working world can be quite a daunting experience, so to ease you into the programme and to support you throughout, you’ll be assigned your own Business Mentor and Graduate Buddy.
