Rocialle Healthcare's Favourite Christmas Songs

Join us in the Countdown to Christmas

We're so excited for Christmas that we've put together a playlist of our Favourite Christmas Songs.

Don’t worry, they are #Whamageddon Safe and we promise not to play the iconic Wham’s Last Christmas (well, not before 23:59:59 on 23rd December…).

They are not in any particular order and we’ve tried to showcase some lesser-known songs, as well as the classics we all know & love.

Follow us on Facebook or bookmark this page to discover a new song every day between 1st – 24th December.

We will publish all songs, including those that didn’t make the list, on 24th December.

1. Step Into Christmas - Elton John

  • Sarah Mason (Purchasing) – My Mam let me sing the swear words as a kid. 😊

  • Annette Callaghan (Regulatory) – This song came out in the late 80s when I was young, free and single and it always takes me back to those happy times before the responsibilities of adulthood really kicked in!!

It’s the Most Wonderful Time of the Year – Andy Williams

  • Tina Atkinson (Packing Production) – Because I love Christmas & it truly is the most wonderful time of the year!
  • Elisa Hsiao (Purchasing) – I love that the song focuses primarily on get-togethers between families & friends

Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer – Traditional

  • Alison Parfitt (Operations) – Reminds me of kids getting excited and being in a Nativity play!

Stay Another Day – East 17

  • Alisha Ullah (Theatre) – Brings back memories from when the family was all together at Christmas time.

Man with the Bag – Jessie J

  • Sian Tothill (HR) – Because I have a Jessie J obsession!! …. and it’s mine and my niece’s favourite song to sing at our annual family Christmas karaoke! 😊

This Little Light of Mine – Listener Kids

  • Amanda Ingram (Finance) – Last year my daughter was the last elective surgery to be done before they stopped on the 17th December. We had been in self isolation since 1st December with Carys having major spinal surgery with terrible risks and no idea of a prognosis. This song reminds me of her and all our hope for this year and a speedy recovery, she is the light of my life and always shines. 1 year on and she has exceeded all expectations due to her commitment to physio and her own mental health. I love you, baby girl. 💖

We would like to wish all our customers, friends, family and staff a very happy & safe festive holiday period, and we would like to say a big THANK YOU to our NHS Heroes who continue to work throughout – we love & salute you!

Merry Christmas,

Love from, the team at Rocialle Healthcare xxx
