The ideal candidate is a reliable and safety‑focused warehouse professional with proven experience in goods-in, picking, packing, and container unloading within a fast‑paced logistics or distribution environment. They are confident handling stock accurately, operating warehouse equipment, and working to defined productivity and quality standards.
They demonstrate a strong understanding of health & safety practices, manual handling techniques, and compliance requirements, and take personal responsibility for maintaining a clean, organised, and hazard‑free working environment. The candidate is detail‑oriented, able to follow systems and procedures closely, and proactive in identifying stock discrepancies, damages, or potential risks. Also ensures that the company operates in line with all legal requirements always including Health & Safety and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) requirements.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong sales performance with a demonstrable track record of delivering high performing results, within the wound care market. Knowledgeable in sales processes, techniques and sales planning to deliver the annual sales plan. They will understand the competitive landscape in the market and will be able to lead commercial discussions with key decision makers.
They will have the ability to analyse and drive sales practice, identify opportunities within their territory.
Driving commercial excellence across the Rocialle Wound Care business to achieve the annual sales budget year on year. Lead effective commercial processes through continuous improvement via coaching and sales technique implementation.
Accountable for leading, defining and implementing the commercial strategy for Rocialle woundcare. Preparing and implementing impactful annual sales plans to deliver against strategic business targets.
