Single use surgical instruments protect patients from infection. They are also cost effective, especially when compared to the whole cost of using reusable instruments including initial purchase, the cost of replacing lost instruments and repairing broken ones and transportation to and from sterilising centres or the cost of running a desk top steriliser.
Rocialle Healthcare’s single use instruments are packed in a medical clean room and sterilised by irradiation, both at its Mountain Ash facility, near to Cardiff in the UK.
Provided sterile and ready for use, Rocialle Healthcare instruments are made from medical grade stainless steel with a satin finish to reduce glare. Each carries the CE mark on its packaging, and the single use symbol on the instrument itself.
Rocialle Healthcare has possibly the widest range of instrument types, for many specialities and for the requirements of different geographic regions. The most commonly used form the Essentials range and are available from stock.
Rocialle Healthcare surgical instruments can be purchased individually packed, or with other instruments and supplementary items in procedure specific sets. These instrument sets ensure everything that is required is to hand and simplify administration and stock keeping.
