Job Purpose

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong sales performance with a demonstrable track record of delivering high performing results. Knowledgeable in sales processes, techniques and sales planning to deliver the annual sales plan. They will understand the competitive landscape in the market and will be able to lead commercial discussions with key decision makers.

 

They will have the ability to analyse and drive sales practice, identify opportunities within their territories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for driving sales excellence for Rocialle Acute Care within their territory, promoting prioritised products in NHS Trusts across all areas and assist in the launch of any new products
  • Develop relationships to drive product adoption with specialist nurses and procurement personnel at all levels
  • Implement effective and consistent sales methodology with a high-performance mindset
  • Effective account segmentation and targeting to drive a 3x sales growth opportunity pipeline
  • Organise and manage customer facing activity to drive sales growth including meetings, study days and exhibitions
  • Build on existing key account relationships to improve share of basket and category expansion across their territory
  • Manage against monthly and quarterly sales objectives based on clear and concise analysis of existing and potential market opportunity for existing portfolio
  • Achieve revenue and profitability targets through driving key customer focus and effective commercial acumen
  • Develop and nurture key business relationships with strategic customers

  • Excellent Sales skills

 

  • In-depth knowledge of effective sales techniques and methodologies
    including account management

 

  • Excellent negotiating skills

 

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

 

  • Track record of achieving sales and leading innovative problem solving that meets evolving new business challenges

 

  • Ability to persuade and influence people at all levels and develop good working relationships

 

  • A strategic thinker with good business acumen and the ability to think from
    the customers’ perspective
  • Acute Care insight and market experience

  • Minimum of 3 years medical Device Industry/ Healthcare Experience
