Customer Service Representative

Job Purpose

MidMeds is a leading national supplier of both medical supplies and medical equipment. Our aim is to be the most customer-friendly, reliable and price competitive medical supplier within the UK. We offer a total supply solution, including medical equipment, supplies and consumables, single-use surgical instruments, medical furniture, and pharmaceuticals.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to take on this customer-focused position. This role involves calling new and existing customers to gather orders, answer the telephone, and deal with daily enquiries. The successful candidate must be proactive in building long-lasting relationships with our customer base.

Your approach will be personalised to each customer, and you will have a proven track record of demonstrating a strong work ethic and great customer service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • At least 2 years office experience
  • Experience using CRM and Accounts Software
  • A positive can-do attitude with the ability to work on their own as well as a part of a wider team
  • Excellent communication skills are essential for this role too
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Be always professional and courteous
  • Ensure a high level of product & service understanding

Education / Experience

  • Inbound & Outbound customer service roles
  • Customer service management
  • Experience of using business systems such as ERP, sales ordering, eCommerce
  • Open to collaborative working and feedback
  • knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
