Job Purpose

This role will support the Commercial Department with administrative activities relating to all the functions within the department.

The functions relate to Tenders, Quotes, Change to Order requests, Procurement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and respond to emails
  • Update of ERP system when required
  • Change to order support ensuring all information is updated as efficiently and effective as possible
  • Ensure effective collaboration with other internal departments – Sales, Regulatory, Purchasing, QA, Planning and Production to ensure accuracy of specification information produced
  • Administration of the customer files – ensuring all paperwork is accurate, efficiently circulated, completed, and filed within database and logs

Education / Experience

Essential:

  • Excellent computer skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong numerical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to work to strict deadlines

Other Experience:

  • Experience in Dynamics AX 2012 would be preferred but not essential
  • Experience in Excel
  • Effective written communication skills
