Job Purpose

Elevating the clinical profile of Rocialle Healthcare to support the achievement of the annual sales and marketing plan. Lead clinical conversations with key accounts and key opinion leaders to build our clinical presence throughout the market. Lead a Clinical Advisory Board and drive Key Opinion Leader engagement to gain invaluable market insight, drive peer to peer influencing and customer feedback.

Accountable for driving clinical evidence through case studies, publications and product evaluations.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Support & Education

  • Provide expert clinical advice and support to healthcare professionals on the use of Rocialle’s theatre and infection control products.
  • Deliver training sessions, workshops, and in-service education to NHS and private sector clinicians.
  • Support product evaluations and trials in clinical settings.

 

Product Expertise & Advocacy

  • Act as a clinical ambassador for Rocialle’s theatre and infection control portfolio.
  • Collaborate with the product development and marketing teams to ensure clinical relevance and accuracy.
  • Provide feedback from the field to inform product innovation and improvement.

 

Customer Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clinical stakeholders (e.g. Clinical Leads and Theatre Managers).
  • Attend clinical meetings, exhibitions, and conferences to represent Rocialle Healthcare.
  • Create and drive Clinical Advisory Board and Key Opinion Leader networks

 

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure all clinical activities comply with relevant regulatory, ethical, and professional standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of clinical interactions and training delivered.

 

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the sales, Commercial and marketing team to support business development through clinical insight.
  • Assist in the creation of clinical content for tenders, marketing materials, and digital platforms.

Education / Experience

Skills/Knowledge
  • Excellent clinical knowledge and experience in theatre and infection control

 

  • In-depth knowledge of the NHS and relevant departments for the Rocialle Product range

 

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

 

  • Ability to motivate people with an engaging style

 

  • Ability to persuade and influence people at all levels and develop good working relationships that promote team working

 

  • An understanding of the commercial landscape
  • Medical Device Industry/ Healthcare experience

 

  • Acute Care insight and market experience
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years medical Device Industry/ Healthcare Experience
  • Commercial experience (working with or for a Medical Device Company)

  • Bachelor’s degree

 

  • Full current driving licence
  • Advanced nursing qualifications
