Job Purpose

Rocialle Healthcare, a reliable and well-established company with over 40 years of experience as a leading supplier of medical consumables, is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join the newest business division. As a key member of the team, you will play an instrumental role developing new social media platforms, marketing communications and supporting sales strategies to drive the company’s growth and achieve objectives. Key Responsibilities

  • Implement agreed sales and marketing activities under the direction of the Business Development Managers (BDMs)
  • Provide general administration and sales support for all associated product ranges
  • Maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform
  • Create, execute & analyse marketing campaigns under the guidance of the BDMs
  • Create social media content for all digital channels under the Rocialle Direct brand
  • Communicate directly with B2B and B2C customers and develop trusting relationships
  • Manage the timely supply of requested samples and materials to both internal and external customers
  • Direct all sales leads to appropriate members of the sales team
  • Respond to emails, phone calls and all other forms of correspondence in a timely manner
  • Assist, support and report on Post Market Surveillance findings
  • Create presentations and marketing materials to support the Rocialle Direct product & service portfolio
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth
  • Organise national & local exhibitions in line with divisional tactical plans
  • Liaise with the wider Rocialle Healthcare Marketing dept to ensure compliance with brand guidelines
  • Develop and maintain a broad knowledge of the Rocialle Direct product & service portfolio
  • Carry out any other tasks required to support the needs of the business


Education / Experience



  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience of campaign creation and management – digital and direct
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM Software, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to build early rapport
  • Time management and planning skills



  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience within a sales and a marketing role


  • Marketing/Business Graduate
  • Healthcare experience (Clinical or Commercial)


  • Proactive approach
  • Capable of working with minimal supervision
  • High integrity, dependable and trustworthy
  • Conscientious with a commitment to attention to detail
